Why MyHotelDash
See what your property really earns
Most PMS reports show gross revenue for the property as a whole. MyHotelDash shows what stays with you after VAT and commissions, by segment, channel and unit type, down to the single reservation.
Every figure in MyHotelDash is net revenue: without VAT and without commissions.

Built by revenue managers
Designed by people who use it every day
MyHotelDash comes from our own daily work. It was designed by the revenue managers at YesRevenue, not by software developers or business analysts, and we use it every day to steer the properties we manage towards higher net revenue: balancing occupancy, ADR and RevPAR and optimising every unit type.
Net revenue
Why we report net revenue
Gross revenue includes VAT and the commissions you pay to booking channels. Both can be large, and commissions change with every shift in your business mix. That is why every figure in MyHotelDash is net revenue: without VAT and without commissions.
Most PMSs store commissions. Where yours does not, we estimate them from the channels’ reservation statements, so you still get a realistic picture of what stays with the property.
| Figure | Last year | This year | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | 100.0k | 110.0k | +10.0% |
| Commissions | -9.0k | -16.5k | +83.3% |
| Net revenue | 91.0k | 93.5k | +2.7% |
The extra bookings came through high-commission channels, while website and direct bookings fell behind.
In depth
Beyond the property total
A good month for the whole property can hide a unit type that falls behind or a segment that costs more than it brings. MyHotelDash shows occupancy, ADR and RevPAR by segment, channel and unit type, and often down to the single reservation.
You see which reservations could have been sold higher and which were well priced, and where your business mix holds the property back. This is the level of detail it takes to optimise the whole property, not just the total.
| Unit type | Occ. | ADR | Revenue | RevPAR | vs LY |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Double | 80.0% | 118.0 | 70.2k | 94.4 | +11.8% |
| Superior | 79.4% | 139.0 | 61.6k | 110.4 | +10.4% |
| Family | 84.7% | 162.0 | 51.0k | 137.2 | +12.2% |
| Suite | 56.5% | 239.0 | 25.1k | 134.9 | -8.7% |
| Property | 78.4% | 142.6 | 207.9k | 111.8 | +8.5% |
vs LY: RevPAR against the same time last year. The property is ahead, but the suites are 8.7% behind: a blind spot the total does not show.
Live data
Spot a weak month while there is still time
MyHotelDash works with live data from your PMS, so new bookings and cancellations show up straight away.
Pace compares what is on the books today with the same point last year. A gap shows weeks ahead, while you can still adjust prices, promotions and channels.
November and January are behind last year’s pace. Both are still weeks away.

For your team
One view for owners, managers and revenue teams
Everyone works from the same figures and the same definitions, instead of PMS reports, channel exports and spreadsheets that all count a little differently.
- Owners see how the property is doing this month and this year, without waiting for a report.
- General managers plan staff, promotions and the weeks ahead with pickup, pace, forecast and operations in one place.
- Revenue managers work with segment, channel, unit type and reservation views from the same verified data.
