1. Who We Are

This website, myhoteldash.com, is run by YesRevenue by Zan Bregar, Plaça de Catalunya 16, 08191 Rubí (Barcelona), Spain, VAT ID ESY5009609Q. We are the controller for the personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions, write to future@myhoteldash.com.

2. What We Collect and Why

• Demo requests: your name, work email, property name, website, PMS, number of rooms or units and your message. We use them to answer your request, send you a copy of it by email, prepare the demo and, if you ask for one, an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Messages by email, phone or WhatsApp: used to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics: we count page views with a cookieless tool that runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and keeps no personal data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps short server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and operation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our forms do not store IP addresses.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When a form loads and when you send it, Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and connection details. They are not used to identify, profile or target you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping our forms free of spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

The website uses no statistics, marketing or advertising cookies. Visit statistics are counted without cookies, and fonts are hosted on our own server, so Google Fonts is not contacted. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

4. The MyHotelDash App

This policy covers the website. When a property uses the MyHotelDash app at app.myhoteldash.com, we process its data on the property’s behalf, under the agreement we sign with that property.

5. Who Receives Your Data

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the website and to answer you:

• Web hosting, with servers in the Netherlands
• Google Workspace, for email
• Brevo (France), which sends the emails our website form triggers
• Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection on our form), which also uses these signals to improve its bot detection; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to write to us there

Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Demo requests and messages: up to 2 years after our last contact. If we start working together, until 2 years after our work for that property ends.
• Server logs: set by the hosting provider, usually a few weeks.

7. Your Rights

You can ask for access to your data and for its correction, deletion or restriction, or for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to future@myhoteldash.com; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the tools we use change. The current version is always on this page.
